Abstract The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties, and microhardness shape-memory Сu–14 wt % Al–3 Ni alloy prepared in nanocrystalline state, which results from severe plastic high-pressure torsion (HPT), is studied. Electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis are used combination with electrical resistivity measurements order to obtain data peculiarities thermoelastic martensitic transformations decomposition HPT-processed subjected thermal actions.
